Our team is brilliant. Every single person is committed to the work they do, but we also know that everyone experiences both good days and tougher days. At Echo-U, we have a structured employee wellbeing programme delivered with the support of Let’s Get Healthy. We actively work to build personal resilience, support one another, celebrate successes, and prioritise our wellbeing.
This week, we’re encouraging all of our clients and teams to take part in activities that promote positive mental health and raise awareness of the importance of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Each day, our team is receiving a wellbeing tip and a simple coping technique from 60-second tech breaks and breathing exercises, to getting outside, checking in with each other, and taking time to reflect on the week. We’re all different, so we’re each trying approaches that work for us and sharing ideas together along the way.
At Echo-U, the support we provide never switches off, and neither does the importance of mental health. It’s an ongoing focus, and we are proud to have a team that looks out for one another every single day.
