As a Customer Service Advisor at Echo-U, you will provide first class customer service putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will deal with a variety of queries and complaints and will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional advice and assistance. 



  • Handle inbound calls and emails whilst maintaining our high standard of customer care
  • Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer focused approach at all times
  • Remain calm and resilient when dealing with complaints
  • Work to achieve targets in a contact centre environment
  • About you: You will have a positive attitude to customer service and personal development
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • The ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using various software packages
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Have the flexibility to be office based or work remotely

Advertised salary is based on 42.5 hours per week for a 23+ year old employee. More information and specific detail on salary will be given during the first contact

Operational/Open Hours: Monday to Sunday between 8am-9pm
