Echo-U are opening a brand new customer contact centre in central Middlesbrough and hiring 150 Customer Service Advisors.

Join our team and you’ll be working on behalf of the UK’s leading sports fashion retailer, JD Sports, on an inbound campaign helping their customers with their orders, ensuring they have the very best customer experience.

You’re just what we’re looking for if:

• You have reasonable IT and typing skills as you will be working from a PC and taking typed notes whilst listening/talking to customers.

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in a call centre before we have an amazing training program which is FULLY PAID and our trainers have excellent knowledge and teaching skills. You will have a week of classroom style training followed by three weeks of ‘Grad Bay’ where there is plenty of support around you.
