Team Manager

NATURE & SCOPE:

The Team Manager will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will report directly to an Operations Manager and play a key role in assisting the business to deliver the highest quality of customer service for both our customers and our clients.

The Team Manager will look to improve the employee engagement levels within their team and those around them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team to consistently deliver high standards of customer service and data readiness work, by responding to customer needs quickly and efficiently
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Prioritising workloads to agreed procedures and time scales so that objectives are achieved
  • Responding flexibly to requests from across the business to maintain service levels and ensure targets are achieved
  • Managing relationships with internal business units to introduce or improve effective working practices, procedures and controls
  • To improve and maintain team performance by effectively coaching and developing staff
  • To attend regular meetings with team and relevant managers 
  • Effectively report on performance
  • To understand the client requirements and ensure team performance in order to hit relevant KPIs
  • Ensure that all members of the team understand their objectives and work together to achieve them
  • Carry out regular reviews for all members of the team
  • To apply the correct HR policies and procedures ensuring timeliness and consistency
